Yes, Albany's St. Patrick's Day parade is already over - it was last Saturday, just in case you happened to sleep through it - but the annual cavalcade of Celtic music hits its high water mark this weekend all throughout the Capital Region.
From County Clare by way of Nashville, Maura O'Connell is an Irish singer and much, much more. O'Connell was a headliner on the "A Woman's Heart" tour, which made a stop at The Egg just four months ago.
